These terms govern your access to quirkyhome.in and purchases made from 9YARDS HOME TEX through the QuirkyHome storefront.

Please read before using the website
1. Store identity and eligibility
QuirkyHome is operated by 9YARDS HOME TEX from Plot No. 263, Sector 25 Part 2, HUDA Industrial Area, Panipat, Haryana - 132103, India. GST No. 06AADF28624Q12D.
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract to place an order. If you use the website for another person or business, you confirm that you are authorised to act for them.
2. Accounts and customer information
- Provide accurate name, contact, delivery and billing information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for protecting OTPs and access to your registered phone or email.
- We may restrict access where we reasonably detect fraud, misuse, automated abuse or a threat to customers or the website.
3. Products, pricing and availability
We aim to present product colours, sizes, materials, specifications, prices and stock accurately. Screen settings, photography and handmade or textile variations may cause reasonable differences in colour, weave, placement or finish.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts and the amount payable are shown before order confirmation. Stock and offers may change without notice.
4. Orders and acceptance
- Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after required payment or COD validation, stock verification and order confirmation.
- We may cancel or limit an order for unavailable stock, pricing or technical errors, failed payment, address restrictions, suspected misuse or legal requirements. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled through the applicable payment/refund process.
- Requests to change an address or cancel an order should be sent promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch.
5. Payments, Make A Bid and rewards
Available methods may include prepaid payment, Cash on Delivery or partial payment, depending on the cart and payment rules shown at checkout. Online payments are processed through authorised payment service providers.
When a Make A Bid offer is accepted, the accepted deal price is the payable product price. Coupons or additional promotional reductions cannot be combined with an accepted-bid cart unless the checkout expressly allows it.
Quirky Coins, referral rewards and cashback points are promotional account benefits. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless expressly allowed and may be subject to eligibility, expiry, reversal and redemption limits displayed in the relevant program.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not interfere with the website, bypass security, scrape protected data, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false reviews or use offers, referrals, bids or accounts fraudulently.
The QuirkyHome website, branding, interface, copy, graphics and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names or marks belonging to third parties remain their owners' property.
7. Liability, governing law and contact
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, 9YARDS HOME TEX is not responsible for indirect loss caused by events outside reasonable control, third-party networks or unauthorised use of customer credentials.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts with jurisdiction over Panipat, Haryana will have jurisdiction. Consumer remedies available under applicable law remain unaffected.
